In this gallery my sketches appear. They are the life blood for all of my original oils and mixed media on canvas. They are small and yummy. Every painting I ever think about becomes a sketch. Some quicker than others but all have the same energy and vibration in them. All are painted with a palette knife on 300lb. d'Arches paper. The paper is coated with a polymer coating before painting. I have chosen two different frames for them. The representational and abstracts painted with lots of color are presented in a gold frame with linen liner. The black and white abstracts are framed in the same style of frame but the finish is sliver. Enhancing the richness of the black and white. The frames are shown below with a sketch in them to show how they look. I hope you love them. I will be adding more as time goes by. This is the first time I have ever offered my sketches for sale.
